I don’t know exactly when it happened, but the project stopped being UI and started behaving like a place.
So I leaned into it and built Gratia: a small, typed, multilingual ritual engine for the web. Scenes instead of pages. Ceremonies instead of flows. TypeScript + Next.js under the hood.
