An methodology for new business development in the GenAI era

I'm an AI strategist at a Japanese tech company (Sun Asterisk). After launching multiple AI-native business initiatives inside large enterprises, I systematized what worked into an open methodology called "Depth & Velocity." The core idea is the 10:80:10 rule: humans own the first 10% (will) and the last 10% (decision), AI agents handle the middle 80% (acceleration). The manifesto is on GitHub.
