Are we still ignoring cheating candidates?

Not sure how companies are combatting this. Platforms like Hackerrank do a decent job at cheat detection, but there are still gaps like using secondary devices.

Are companies generally okay with this cheating matter, and simply choose to handle the problem in later stages (e.g. onsites)?
