Slack disrupted the workplace communication market, I think it's time to disrupt it again. Slack is slow and not really plugging into what in my view is the most important part of the communication platforms nowadays, context for llms and interaction with agents. I think there is a viable business model to be discovered where the basic infrastructure of communication is close to usage priced instead of outrageously per seat priced bundled in with features you will not use, but have to pay for.
