Where the idea came from: I was at a friend’s office who has an SDK as a product.
Every customer gets added to their own Slack channel for integration help, which has become: Customer’s agent gets stuck → human pastes issue into Slack → vendor pastes issue into their agent → reply goes back → customer pastes reply back to their agent.
Two agents. Two humans. One Slack thread in the middle.
Question: I'm curious if other API/SDK teams are living this problem as well?
