The story is quite complex, and the actual revelation only comes at the end (although there is some foreshadowing). For most people I think it is just an incremental. But it is actually a vision of a future where not everything worked out well. I think a lot of people will just play it as an incremental and never notice.
If you finish it, I would like to know whether you figured out what it is actually about, or whether it just felt like an incremental (with a bit more text than usual).
