How Improved Voicebot agents now? Does Help Sales and support end to end

from 2025, Voicebot agent are trending too much. I have thinking to create another voicebot with on premises option helps to BFSI client on their system. so, They can use it anyway also secure end to end. as on their server to surve them only. Ollama can be used.

But problem is 11labs, and sarvam doing better, and at voicebot at a apex level.

but still can't be used in sales side. but can be replaced IVR calls.

What do you think ? Still I need to wait for more years, or more on right now for BFSI clients and charge them huge money for deployment on their servers !!!
